We care about what our community eats and we’re dedicated to providing natural high quality tender, flavorful beef to our customers. We believe the way to do that is by starting with the best genetics and providing a stress-free natural environment, clean water, rotational grazing on lush grasses, and lots of fresh air; just the way God intended. We have been doing that on our family farm Shag Bark Farm since 1984. Shag Bark Farm and Woodside Tavern is operated by Chris DiCerbo and his family.

Our Story
In October 2016, we opened a restaurant and tavern to provide delicious American cuisine. The restaurant was built to match the style of our beautiful barn, and much of the original barn wood was used to create a rustic feel in the restaurant. Chris DiCerbo, the restaurant’s owner, is an alum of St. Bonaventure and enjoys operating his family’s beef farm when he’s not at the restaurant.

At Woodside, we take pride in our farm to table approach. Steroid and antibiotic free beef raised right here in your community! Looking to fill your freezer?
